Here’s a lineup that covers all your bases: juicy turkey burgers for the classic weeknight win, baked chicken tacos for something handheld, lemon pepper grouper if you’re craving something lighter, cashew chicken for your takeout fix at home, and an easy grandma pizza to close out the week. Bold flavors with minimal fuss.

If you haven’t made my turkey burger yet, now’s the time. It’s one of my most popular recipes for good reason—flavorful, tender, with a smoky note that tastes like it came off a charbroiler. The rest of the week follows suit: easy, low-effort, borderline lazy. And with school starting back up, that’s exactly what a lot of us need right now!

Best Turkey Burger Recipe

Turkey burgers get a bad rap—dry, bland, forgettable. The fix isn’t complicated: the right binder and enough seasoning to make ground turkey taste like something. Do that, and you get a juicy patty every time!

Baked Chicken Tacos

These baked chicken tacos come out crispy on the outside, tender and well-seasoned inside. Spice level is yours to control, and the whole thing comes together in 30 minutes.

Easy Baked Grouper Recipe (20 minutes!)

Grouper doesn’t need much. With just a handful of ingredients, this baked lemon pepper version proves it. Bright, clean flavor that lets the fish do the talking. Light, flaky, ready in under 20 minutes.

Easy Healthy Cashew Chicken

Skip the takeout! (Seriosuly.) This cashew chicken comes together in under 30 minutes, and the sauce isn’t the usual cornstarch-thickened sludge. It’s just a light marinade doing the work with fresh ginger and garlic.

Easy Grandma Pizza

Five ingredients, 20 minutes, and a grandma pizza that’s genuinely hard to beat. Crispy thin crust, gooey mozzarella, tangy sauce on top—yes, on top. The kind of weeknight dinner that feels special without any actual effort.

Smart Prep Tips for the Week 📝

On Sunday

  1. For Monday’s burgers, make the turkey burger mixture, form the patties, place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and refrigerate overnight, covered in plastic wrap to keep them from drying out.
  2. For Tuesday’s tacos, mince the white onion, chop the tomatoes, and dice the jalapeño. Place them all together in an airtight container and refrigerate until Tuesday, when you’re making the taco mixture. If you’re baking your own chicken rather than using already-prepared shredded rotisserie chicken, you can bake that Sunday as well, then shred it and refrigerate in a separate airtight container.
  3. For Wednesday’s grouper, make the seasoning mix (2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning, 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon dried parsley), and place it in a small airtight container.

On Wednesday

  1. For Thursday’s cashew chicken, whip up the marinade, toss the cubed chicken into it, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Cut the bell peppers and scallions, and place them in an airtight container to refrigerate.
