This Wrap Is Downright Revitalizing
Not only is this chicken wrap made with my very own nutrient-packed Green Goddess dressing, but it’s loaded with ingredients that just make you feel good.
Think cucumbers. Avocado. Mixed greens. Sprouts.
And despite being light, it’s totally filling! One of those fill-you-up-without-weighing-you-down options you must add to your lunch rotation.
You’ll be hooked, friends.
What’s in a Green Goddess Chicken Wrap?
I like to stay true to the name and load my wrap with greens.
I also add chicken for a nice punch of protein. To keep things quick and easy—because that’s what lunch should be about—I grab ready-made rotisserie chicken from the grocery store.
Here’s the full list of what you’ll need:
- Green Goddess dressing. I like making my own, but of course you can use store bought.
- Avocado. Loaded with vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats that keep you fuller longer.
- Cucumber. This really brings the freshness, not to mention a wonderful crunch.
- Sprouts. Great for gut health!
- Chicken. I like using chicken here as my lean protein. Again, I just get ready-made rotisserie chicken from the supermarket. You could easily make this wrap meatless by omitting it, though.
- Cheese. Feta or goat are my go-to’s for this wrap.
- Mixed greens. You can go for full on baby spinach if you prefer. I like using a powerful blend that has baby spinach, baby kale, and swiss chard.
- Wrap. Kind of an important element. I like to opt for light low-carb wraps because they don’t weigh me down—but any wrap will do.
How to Make This Glorious Green Goddess Chicken Wrap
- Once all of your ingredients are chopped and prepared, lay your wrap out onto a flat surface.
- Spread a few tablespoons of Green Goddess dressing over the bottom third of the wrap, leaving about an inch of room from the edges.
- Layer your ingredients over the dressing using slightly less than you think you’ll need. You don’t want to overstuff your wrap, or you’ll have a hell of a time trying to bring it together.
- Fold the sides of the wrap over the filling so that they only almost touch. Leave about an inch of space.
- Using your thumbs, carefully fold the bottom of the wrap over the sides until taught, and slowly roll the wrap forward over itself until it’s fully wrapped and secured.

- Mandolin (optional)—I like slicing my cucumbers really thin, so I always use a mandolin
Recipe Tips + Tricks
- For easier folding, heat the wrap up in the microwave for 10-15 seconds!
- Make it meatless by snubbing the chicken and adding chickpeas or edamame to keep that hefty dose of protein
- Be sure not to overfill the wrap; you can secure it with toothpicks if necessary. Just don’t forget they’re there.
- Change things up by using warm grilled chicken!
- If you love the ingredients in this wrap but aren’t crazy about Green Goddess dressing, try some Dill Pickle Buttermilk Ranch or Caesar dressing

Green Goddess Chicken Wrap
Ingredients
- 2 large round wraps or tortilla shells
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/3 cup sprouts, Any sprouts will do! Mung bean, alfalfa, etc.
- 1 mini cucumber or 1/4 of a large one, thinly sliced, Preferably sliced with a mandolin on the thinnest setting
- 1 small or medium avocado, cut in half and thinly sliced
- 4 TBSP Green Goddess dressing
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
WRAP PREP:
- Prep/chop your ingredients and set them aside.
- Place your wrap down on a flat surface. With a spoon, spread about two tablespoons of Green Goddess dressing over the bottom third of the wrap. Be sure to leave about an inch of room from the edges.
- Place your ingredients over the dressing starting with the greens, and then the sprouts. Place the sliced avocado and cucumbers snug next to the greens, then place the chicken on top of it all. Finally, crumble some cheese on top. Hit it all with some cracked pepper if you're feeling it.
TO FOLD THE WRAP:
- Carefully fold the sides of the wrap over the filling, leaving about an inch of space in between. You should still be able to see a bit of the filling.
- Use your thumbs to carefully fold the bottom of the wrap over, still holding the sides taught, and gently roll the wrap forward over itself until it's fully formed and secured.
- Slice it in half and enjoy!
