- 8 cups Chopped greens of your choices
- 1/3 cup Grape tomatoes
- 1/3 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/3 cup Shaved red onion
- 1/3 cup Sliced cucumber
- 1/3 cup Roasted red pepper, drained from jar
- 1/3 cup Chopped marinated artichokes, drained
- 1/3 cup Crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 cup Croutons
To serve
- Dressing of your choice *See notes
Pop your greens into a large serving bowl, then lightly toss them in whatever dressing you're using to ensure the greens are nicely and evenly coated.
Toss in the rest of the ingredients, ensuring everything is nicely distributed.
