1/8cupfrozen blueberriesFresh blueberries are also fine
1.5ozblueberry vodka
1-2tspfreshly squeezed lemon juice
8ozClub Soda or seltzer water
Optional Garnishes
Fresh sprigs of mint
Lemon wedges or slices
Instructions
Fill your glass with ice about 3/4 of the way, then add your frozen blueberries.
Pour in the blueberry vodka and the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Slowly add the seltzer water or club soda (slow to avoid it foaming too much), then give the drink a good stir with a stir stick or straw.
Garnish with lemon slices or wedges, and fresh mint if you'd like.
Notes
Raspberry/lime—I’ve shaken things up with this recipe before and used raspberry vodka instead of blueberry, and lime juice instead of lemon. Same formula with a bit of a different flavor profile, if you're into it!
