Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1/8 cup frozen blueberries Fresh blueberries are also fine
  • 1.5 oz blueberry vodka
  • 1-2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 8 oz Club Soda or seltzer water

Optional Garnishes

  • Fresh sprigs of mint
  • Lemon wedges or slices

Instructions

  • Fill your glass with ice about 3/4 of the way, then add your frozen blueberries.
  • Pour in the blueberry vodka and the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • Slowly add the seltzer water or club soda (slow to avoid it foaming too much), then give the drink a good stir with a stir stick or straw.
  • Garnish with lemon slices or wedges, and fresh mint if you'd like.

Notes

Raspberry/lime—I’ve shaken things up with this recipe before and used raspberry vodka instead of blueberry, and lime juice instead of lemon. Same formula with a bit of a different flavor profile, if you're into it!
