Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380º F.
  • Wash and dry the beans, then cut any stems or rough ends off of the ends.
  • Transfer the beans to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then sprinkle the beans with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and a few cracks of black pepper (about 1/8 teaspoon). Toss to coat.
  • Transfer the green beans to the air fryer basket, shake to spread them out, and cook them at 380º F for 4 minutes. Give the basket a shake, then cook for another 4 minutes.
  • When done, transfer the green beans to a serving plate. Top with shredded parmesan and lemon wedges for a nice fresh spritz of lemon juice!
