Ingredients

handfuls of baby spinach

natural peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter)

milk (I like using oat milk or nut milks)

chia seeds

ground flaxmeal

tsp
unrefined sweetener (raw honey, pure maple syrup, etc)
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Serve/drink immediately.
