- BEEF - BUTTER - YELLOW ONION - MUSHROOMS - GARLIC - THYME
- RED WINE - BEEF BROTH - FLOUR - DIJON MUSTARD - WORCESTERSHIRE - SOUR CREAM
Sauté the onions, stir in the mushrooms + thyme, & cook until soft. Stir in the garlic and sauté for a minute.
Add the red wine and bring it to a low simmer, then deglaze the pan.
Whisk the beef broth, mustard, Worcestershire, and flour until smooth and pour the mixture into the pan to simmer until thick.
Stir the sour cream into the gravy until it melts into the sauce.
Add the beef & noodles back to the pan & stir to coat.
