Buffalo Sweet Potato Fries With Smokey Blue Cheese

  • 10 oz cooked sweet potato fries of your choice if homemade, cook as you normally would; if frozen, go by package instructions
  • 1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Wings Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt optional
  • 1-2 TBSP crumbled smokey blue cheese

Optional Garnishes

  • Chopped fresh parsley
  • Microgreens


  • Place your cooked sweet potato fries into a large bowl.
  • Drizzle the hot sauce over the fries. Cove with a lid or plastic wrap, and toss to evenly coat the fries.
  • Plate the fries, and sprinkle with celery salt and crumble blue cheese. Garnish with greens if desired.
