Peanut Butter Banana Spinach Smoothie

This creamy and delicious peanut butter banana spinach smoothie is packed with all the nutrients you need to kickstart your day.


  • 2-3 handfuls of baby spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 TBSP natural peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter)
  • 1 cup milk (I like using oat milk or nut milks)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp ground flaxmeal
  • 1-2 tsp unrefined sweetener (raw honey, pure maple syrup, etc)


  • Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Serve/drink immediately.
