Buffalo Sweet Potato Fries With Smokey Blue Cheese
If you're a sucker for Buffalo-flavored *anything*, you need these fries in your life stat.
- 10 oz cooked sweet potato fries of your choice if homemade, cook as you normally would; if frozen, go by package instructions
- 1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Wings Sauce
- 1/4 tsp celery salt optional
- 1-2 TBSP crumbled smokey blue cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley
Place your cooked sweet potato fries into a large bowl.
Drizzle the hot sauce over the fries. Cove with a lid or plastic wrap, and toss to evenly coat the fries.
Plate the fries, and sprinkle with celery salt and crumble blue cheese. Garnish with greens if desired.
