My baby boy loves sharing smoothies with me. And I love it, too. It’s such a sweet little experience 💚
I typically mix it up and throw different berries into the blend, but this gloriously green gem is my go-to.
👇🏻
- 2 handfuls of baby spinach 🍃
- 1/2 of a banana 🍌
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter 🥜
- 1 cup of oat milk 🥛
- A smidgen of monk fruit sweetener or stevia (or some other kind of unrefined sweetener) 🍭

Give that good shit a whirl in a blender until it’s velvety smooth and enjoy ✨

When I was pregnant last year, burgers became an obsession and that obsession hasn’t gone away at all and that is totally ok👌🏻

So tell me! What’s on your ideal burger?
I can appreciate all of the fancy gourmet burgers out there, but I’m super basic with mine.
Crisp Bibb lettuce.
A juicy tomato.
A slice of melty cheese.
Thinly sliced red onions.
Pickles. (Always.)
Mayo.
Mustard.
Ketchup.
That is perfection to me ✨

While I was grilling these bad girls this evening, my husband asked me if I was too cold and if I wanted him to “man the grill” so I could go inside. Just as he said it, he facepalmed. And then apologized as I gave him a playful glare. “Manning” the grill ain’t no thing ✨
