One of the best things about planting your own garden is creating your own little garden-to-table experience. Though sometimes we get a little more bounty than planned.

Especially when it comes to those little beloved (and healthy!) tomatoes!

As a result, you can be at a loss on what to do with the excess, and the idea of waste is heart wrenching.

So, I’ve put together an extensive collection of recipes with cherry tomatoes that will help you use up your harvest, and fast.

One of my favorite ways to use up my little tomatoes is by making my own ketchup. I love Heinz, don’t get me wrong, but a nice little from-scratch concoction is a total treat! The recipe calls for about 3.5 cups of them.
