Are there any pre-pandemic #TacoTuesday rituals you miss? My husband and I used to go to a local taco joint every Tuesday to indulge in tacos and knock back $2 Tecates. (That was also pre-baby 🙃).
I still find myself pondering on how things used to be. But surviving this ordeal has meant starting new rituals. Taco Tuesday at home isn’t so bad, right? These unfussy Instant Pot Ground Turkey Tacos have been a favorite in this house for over a year now 🌮🌮🌮

Chinese takeout is such a treat! 🥡🥢 And it’s become part of a few family traditions in this house. Lazy traditions. Like our glorious New Years Eve’s spent in, or settling back in at home after a long trip. I’m all about indulging in the battered and fried goodness the takeout menus have to offer, but! It’s really nice to have a healthy option once in a while. This Slow Cooker Healthy Orange Chicken is perfect for that. It’s quick, unfussy, and it allows you to be lazy. Also, nothing hits the frying pan! All of the flavor, none of the guilt.
